Trail of Lights

We kept the tradition going for the 4th year in a row and visited the Trail of Lights! It celebrated its 50th anniversary this year and continues to get better each year with more activities and vendors. David didn't feel too well, so he stayed home and kept Natalie with him. She may not have done well staying up past her bedtime, plus it was a little chilly. My parents, Nico, and I spent a couple hours down at Zilker enjoying the festivities!

I lost the bet that this light up, spinning toy wouldn't make it to the end of the night.

Nico picked out a book again this year, and we brought one home for Natalie, too!

This energetic guy ate his way through the event. It all started with a donut, followed by a slice of pizza.

He was too cool to take a pic with Santa, but he enjoyed walking around and looking at the light displays and doing a few of the activities.

He rounded out his healthy night of eating with cookies and hot chocolate.
