Best date night ever

David and I went on, arguably, one of the best date nights of our ten years together. We stuffed ourselves with sushi rolls and saki bombs at Ra, then had some downtime to just hang around downtown at the Gingerman, and then attended the big event of the night, the Band of Horses concert!

This picture makes me laugh when I am reminded that there were only a few people in the restaurant when we got there. Hey, when your babysitters give you a date night opportunity, you gotta get started at 4 pm.

Tonight felt like we were dating again. Still young and in love.

Band of Horses has been one of our favorites for a while now. They are the band that prompted us to go to Red Rocks just to see them as an opener five years ago. Their music just speaks to us and their hit, "No One is Gonna Love You More Than I Do" is what we consider to be our song. And yes, they played that, along with ALL of our other favorites. We were pumped and singing along throughout the night.
