Dripping Springs Founder's Day

We made it to our 2nd Founder's Day this weekend and have vowed to try our best to go every year. We love this little town. It's easy to spend a few hours wandering around with a beer in your hand, smelling the BBQ cookoff tents, and letting Nico play games and ride the rides.

This one will be on some of the rides next year!

David dropped Nico off at a birthday party (which was a first for us, as the parent in charge was one of the Pre-K teachers who encouraged us to...), and then he surprised me with a little impromptu at-home date while Natalie snoozed away. I love that he often looks to create these little moments for us.
