We threw a simple birthday bash in our home with some pink decorations- balloons, streamers, and a monthly photo banner showing her growth right before our eyes.
I stayed back with the birthday girl so she could get her nap in, while the rest of the gang went to Nico's All Star game around noon. They returned just minutes after she woke up and was ready to party! I just love this birthday dress!
She ended up CLINGING to me for a majority of the party and would barely let anyone else hold her. This girl sure loves her mama these days. Sort of tiring at times, but I'm trying to remember that these days of being so loved and wanted won't last forever!
David and Cindy put their love into the birthday meal with some good ol' homemade pasta.
It was wonderful for Natalie to have all of these people join us today- all 4 of her grandparents, Great Grandma Phyll, Uncle Ryan and Aunt Jessica, and Hilary (Jessica's mom).
Bring on the cake!
Natalie looooves to eat, so the prediction was that she would dig right in and make a big mess. She was hesitant at first but quickly figured out how to cram it in there! Not too messy though!
After cake, we opened gifts. She was sure spoiled with a lot of cute clothes and fun toys.
